A lot of work went into this kitchen, which you can hardly see when you look at the before photos. Cosmetically, we repainted the cabinets, installed shelving, new light fixtures, new faucet, and new butcher block countertops.
What listing photos don't show, we had to take down half of the ceiling to repair due to previous water damage.
In the bathroom, we replaced the shower wall, the vanity and faucet, light fixtures, and added shelving.
In the living room, we refinished the floors, installed a new ceiling fan.
What is barely noticeable is the amount of work to repair water damaged plaster and drywall, cleaning the walls and ceiling, then repainting every square inch with one of my favorite colors, Sherwin Williams Cotton White.
In the bedroom as in most of the house, we refinished or touched up all of the trim and wood details, refinished the hardwood floor, and sealed any gaps around the floor and windows.
